Q. How can I buy a hot dog man / custom sculpture?

A. Custom sculptures require lots of love and a special customer who will be patient with me through the process. I am very particular about these kinds of creations, they ARE MY WORLD, so they often take a while to create and perfect. If you are interested in a custom sculpture, email me at 10tonfetus@gmail.com where I can give you more information, discuss your idea, and we can go from there.

Q. How can I buy a mouth ashtray?

A. I do occasional collection drops of mouth sculptures on my website, with about 6-8 pieces at a time. The best way to get notified when mouths are available is to sign up for my mailing list, where you will be first to recieve a(n email) notification with the collection drop date, time, and details. It is important to be on time to purchase a mouth because they sell out very quickly. You can also stay informed through my posts and stories on Instagram or Tiktok, where I post reminders leading up to each drop.

Q. I signed up for the mailing list but haven’t gotten any emails.

A. My mailing list notification are minimal, I only send you emails when something important happens, and they are quite infrequent. However, you should get an email upon signing up to confirm you are an HONORARY FETUS and will receive future emails. If you did not get a confirmation, please email me at 10tonfetus@gmail.com, or DM me on instagram.

Q. When will (X) be available!

A. 10tonfetus is a very small scale operation, everything is hand made by me. Because of this, I typically only work on one or two products at a time, but to keep things interesting, I tend to rotate those products frequently. If you’re interested in a product that hasn’t been available for a while, sign up for the mailing list, keep watch and it may be back soon! Q. My product was damaged / refunds

A. Unfortunately, any issues with the post office are out of my control. If your package has been personally victimized by the mail carrier and sustained damage as a result, please email with photos at 10tonfetus@gmail.com. All sales are final, but I may be able to guide you through a seamless repair or repair it myself, depending on your location.

Q. What happens if my package is lost in the mail / I never receive my package?

A. I can not be held responsible for what happens after the package is released to the post office. This is why it is very important to keep a close eye on the tracking of your package with 10tonfetus, or any high-value package you order from anyone, ever! If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the post office as soon as possible, and they will be able to help you track it down. You typically must do this within a 60 day period of the package being lost. We can not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
